I taught a short doodling class this past spring. It was fun. We looked at some brain research, toyed around with definitions, and even played with some classic doodling techniques. You know, knots, Tangles, and Mandala. After the dust settled, this little mandala is all I have left! Post. If you would like to try one of your own, I have two resources for you. The first is a template you can print and use. You put a plain piece of white paper on top. Then, you can make your shapes and lines with some guides:Mandala Trace Guide
The other resource is a Youtube video that shows you how to "grow" a mandala. It's useful stuff. How to Grow a Mandala.
Give it a spin. It's a ton of fun.
